Privacy Policy

About this policy

This page explains, in plain language, how Obsession Cleaning and Company Inc. (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us. It is a general summary and is not legal advice.

Information you give us

This website does not currently have an online payment system or a form for submitting information. If you contact us, you do so by telephone or by email. In that case, we receive whatever you choose to tell us, which may include your name, your telephone number, your email address, the location of your property and details about the cleaning you are asking about.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to you, to discuss and prepare estimates, and to arrange and provide cleaning services if you decide to go ahead. We may keep a record of our communications with you for our business records.

Payment processing

If you pay an invoice by Visa or Mastercard, the payment is handled through third-party payment software. Payment instructions are provided with your invoice. Obsession Cleaning and Company Inc. does not collect or store complete credit-card information through this website.

The third-party provider processes payment information according to its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review those practices before you pay. For all payment options, see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Sharing information

We do not publish the information you send us on this website. We may need to share information where required by law, or with people who help us run our business, and only as needed for that purpose.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we are able to. Email [email protected].
