Sometimes you have a quick question and don’t want to hunt through a website to find the answer. That’s why we’ve added Abby.
Abby is our new website assistant. You’ll find her on the Obsession Cleaning website, ready to help with common questions about our services, cleaning visits and the information on our site. Open Ask Abby, type your question and she’ll point you toward an answer or a helpful page.
Abby is handy for the little things: checking what to expect before a clean, finding our FAQ or figuring out how to reach us. She’s an automatic assistant, though, not a member of our team chatting live. If she can’t answer something, or you want to talk through your particular home or workplace, please call or email us. We’re always happy to help.
We’ve also made sharing questions with us optional. What you type stays in your browser unless you tick “Save my question to help improve Abby” and press Send. Shared questions help us spot gaps in Abby’s answers and make the website more useful. The box starts unticked each time. Please leave personal or sensitive details out of questions you choose to share. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
Give Abby a try next time you visit. And when you need a person, you can still reach the Obsession Cleaning team the usual way. Abby is one more way to make finding an answer a little easier.
